Course General Description
Among many creative professions, industrial design is the youngest field of knowledge and practice. In Poland, industrial design grew out of the tradition of applied art, and at the turn of the 1960s it was established as a separate field of creativity. Thus, defining this type of activity, industrial design is the design of models (patterns) of market products intended for industrial production. Failure to perceive the differences between the separateness of its essence from other fields of creativity too often leads to naming it with the names of applied arts, artistic craftsmanship or the art of an object, blurring the image of its social identification.Requirements
