In this course, you will learn how to guide your team towards innovative interaction design and user experience concepts.
UX Design integrates the results of UX research and then identifies desirable solutions, leaving it to UI Design to produce ergonomic interfaces (user interface design will be presented in the MOOC on prototyping).
User Experience Design supports incremental, radical and disruptive innovation for digital products and services.
You will learn the divergent ideation methods to solve problems by relying on creativity, whether it is a simple redesign or a major change in the digital offer. You will use convergent ideation methods to anchor a new concept in a specific business context, producing innovations that benefit all parties involved: from the project team, to the organization, to external users!
