Course General Description

The programme will endeavor to establish the important role of physical planning that strive to achieve the highest quality in the city and regional spaces along with their growth. The programme holds strong connections to regional planning and urban planning, in order to produce professionals capable of responding to the challenges found at urban and regional development scenario. Therefore, we are reintroducing B. Plan (UR) to Sushant School of Planning and Development with the hope that it will bridge the gap between the Physical/Spatial Planning on one hand and the natural environment on the other, to give our immediate environs some meaning and a tangible purpose, to encourage a symbiotic relationship between them all, and ultimately to encourage the nurturing, management and maintenance of our built and un-built infrastructure.
