Course General Description

The Communication Design (CND) students learn creative as well as analytical approaches to designing a wide array of communication material ranging from the traditional books and posters, logos and branding collaterals to digital media such as websites, apps, and other interactive explorations. From media explorations, ideations of concepts to final print quality outputs are an inherent part of the learning process. The CD students can work in fields as diverse as publication, packaging, animation, film, photography as well as digital platforms and areas.

D J Academy of Design is one of the units of illustrious GKD Charity Trust founded by Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd (LMW), a major industrial group in India. GKD Charity Trust was set up in 1983 by the industrialist par excellence, (Late) Cavalier Dr. G K Devarajulu.
