The Grozny State Oil Technical University named after Academician M.D.Millionshchikov is a higher educational institution founded in 1920 in the city of Grozny . In 1945 he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor . Former name - Grozny State Oil Institute. Located in Grozny ( Chechnya ).
