School General Description

The Higher School of Technology and Energy ( HSTE ; formerly SPbGTURP ) is a technical university affiliated with SPbGUPTD in the south-west of St. Petersburg (near the Narvskaya metro station ). The higher school was founded in 1931 as the All-Union Educational Combine of Industrial Cooperation named after I. Molotov , since 1941 began to specialize in the training of specialists for the pulp and paper industry, and in 2015 it was attached to SPbSUTD , after which it received its modern name.
