Course General Description
A defining feature of BSc Urban Planning at Loughborough University is the exploration and study of planning issues and concepts from a multidisciplinary perspective and a forward-looking approach. You will benefit from investigating planning in practice in real-life situations at different scales from the Loughborough University Campus (our ‘living laboratory’) through to the urban environments of our local cities: Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. In addition, as part of the MPlan programme, you will also undertake a period of study at Loughborough University London using our inspiring campus located on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. These experiences will give you an in-depth insight into the importance of scale and context across a range of exciting projects. The smart cities theme and digital ethos which runs across the course aspires to maximise the employability of the students by targeting the needs of future cities and city makers.Tuition Fees
