Course General Description

This degree course focuses on building methods and construction materials. The students will be able to acquire essential skills in the field of architecture and use them in their future career. The professional tutors of the course will be providing assistance throughout the course. The students are to explore the concepts of technical architectural projects thus analysing the structure and practicing to develop their project management skills.

School General Description

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (PSU) is one of the largest universities in Kazakhstan. PSU is an educational, scientific and cultural center recognized at the regional and national levels. S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University was established in May of 1996 on the basis of the Industrial Institute established in 1960 based on the Resolution of the Council of USSR Ministers of September 20, 1960. The institute was located in two residential buildings and 10 single-storey barracks of the 24th Military School. There were 3 faculties (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Energy Engineering) and 400 students. The courses were taught by 16 teachers and only one of them had the title of Associate Professor. Pavlodar State University named after Sultanmakhmut Toraighyrov is an institution of higher education with a great and glorious history: for more than half a century, it has been training highly-qualified specialists working all over the country. Nowadays, PSU is a multi-functional innovative university, the leading university of the region, the largest research center, widely known for its innovations and achievements in the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond.
