The State University of Land Management ( abbr . GUZ ) is a specialized higher educational institution that trains specialists in the field of land management , real estate cadastre and city cadastre , as well as surveyors , architects, lawyers, economists-managers in the field of land management and the land market, land appraisers and real estate.
