Course General Description

The purpose of any building activity is to organise interior space protected from external forces. The principle underlying the construction defines the character of interior design. A contemporary design should take into account a variety of functional, spatial, technical, engineering and artistic considerations. This course aims to help students master skills of delivering compositional solutions in interior design, the methodology and major principles. It aims to provide targeted training and seeks to prepare designers ready for a job in their profession.

School General Description

The mission of the TSAA is to contribute to the spread of universal values and promote artistic/creative and research activities in the fields of fine arts, design, media arts, architecture, restoration/conservation and art history and theory. The TSAA is guided by values that are based on the principles of academic freedom and envisage the preservation and development of national cultural traditions with a view to promoting public welfare and finding a respectful place on the international scene. Currently, five faculties operate at the academy, those of Visual Art; Architecture; Restoration, Art History and Theory; Design; Media Art. The Academy aims to contribute to the development of students' identity and interests and support research-based practices by drawing on traditional as well as modern research.
