Course General Description

The programme introduces and links the following academic subject areas: fashion, furniture, space and textile. The goal of the programme is to equip our students with professional skills to tackle specific professional design issues related to the two fields of study: Fashion Design and Textile - this field of study concentrates on fashion design and textiles for fashion design. Furniture, Space and Materials - this field of study concentrates on furniture and textile design in a spatial context, and on the basis of the human body.

The curriculum is based on a combination of theory and practice. A substantial part of the teaching takes place at the drawing board and in workshops, as well as joint presentations and academic seminars between small units of teachers and students. In line with KADK's international vision, our students and staff develop their skills in constant dialogue with the international environment, ensuring that the quality of our activities is continuously improving.
