Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service ( VSUES ) is a university located in Vladivostok . Full name - Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service" (FGBOU VO VSUES). It has 3 branches in the Primorsky Territory . The university implements: 68 bachelor's programs in 29 areas, 20 master's programs in 10 areas, 22 postgraduate programs in 10 areas, 2 specialist programs ; 8 training programs for skilled workers and employees, 26 training programs for mid-level specialists. VSUES carries out exchange programs with 13 universities of the PRC , Japan , the Republic of Korea and the USA .
